ABOUT JEFF GANZ

EFNE is a dynamic, innovative mission-driven agency providing connection, support, and resources to people living with epilepsy. I support the diverse workforce that is our team by leading the finance, audit, human resources, information technology, and other internal functions. I also manage our AmeriCorps program, including 40 AmeriCorps members, five supervisors, and all of the related grant requirements.During my tenure at EFNE, I\'ve run two successful single audits, completed a review of our policies and practices by the AmeriCorps national monitoring team, prepared a policy handbook for our AmeriCorps members, updated our employee handbooks, revamped our recruiting and hiring practices, streamlined our cash flow management, and developed and implemented an expansive Salesforce platform to support the work being done by our AmeriCorps members and to maintain a database of the community partners throughout New England who provide critical resources to our clients.My nearly thirty years of experience as a commercial bankruptcy and litigation lawyer before starting at EFNE was invaluable training for the work I do today. I rely on the work ethic, critical thinking, and practical financial education I developed during my legal career every day in support of our mission.
