Combustioneer Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR GROUP and was established in 1929. In the 1940s, Combustioneer installed the first A/C unit at the White House.I started a military career with the first service academy class graduating, post-9/11. started a private sector career on the month prior to the \"Great Recession\". started a first CEO role two years prior to the start of the pandemic. and still agree that life is no more than 10% what happens to us and no less than 90% how we respond.I (CEM, PMP, CPMM, MBA) have had a wide breadth of experience within the energy and infrastructure industry beginning as a Sales Account Manager in 2008, after leading/coordinating as many as 1,100 personnel while in the United States Marine Corps Infantry. I developed within the organization as a well-rounded professional and then became a Construction Project Manager at EMCOR’s Poole and Kent Corporation, managing equipment/materials procurement, system performance milestones, contract modifications, tradesperson manpower and overall logistics for the installation of the mechanical systems of new construction and renovation projects. In 2010, I became the Business Manager, Special Building Operations. In this capacity, I managed a division of both fixed and mobile personnel and assets dedicated to strategically providing government and commercial clients\' electrical and mechanical engineering projects and services: Engineering, HVAC, UPS, Generator, Water Treatment, Fire/Life Safety, Controls systems, etc; accounts scopes ranged from Janitorial and Preventative Maintenance to Retrofits and Design/Build projects. Subsequently, I became the Director of Operations, EMCOR Government Services (EGS) with a portfolio of clients that encompassed approximately 1,200 personnel providing services over approximately 12.5M sqft of facilities within the Mid-Atlantic region. I assumed the role of Vice President/General Manager of Combustioneer in 2017 and have been the President since 2018. Facilities currently under Combustioneer\'s purview are now approximately 25M sqft and range from public access to top secret (TS).
