   Oversight of implementation of federal (CDBG, HOME, ESG), state, and local funds for the following activities- Affordable Rental Housing Development (LIHTC and Micro-Development)- Affordable Homeownership - stewarded creation of land trust model in County for perpetual affordability - Rapid Re-housing Programs for households exp. homelessness - Public Facilities/Infrastructure Improvements* Facilitate development of affordable and supportive housing through underwriting, advocacy, and funding of multiple layers of a deal\'s capital stack.* Co-Chair of the Bucks County Continuum of Care (CoC) and Director of CoC Lead Agency. Provide oversight of the functioning of the CoC in its efforts to reduce incidence of homelessness in the County and to reduce length of homelessness when it occurs. Includes- Coordinated Entry System - screening, assessment and shelter diversion - Housing Locator Service - implemented service in system and then expanded with innovative landlord programs such as risk mitigation and incentive programs between 20••••25- Street Outreach - facilitated launch of Street Medicine project to support other outreach teams and reduce poor health outcomes for the unsheltered- Emergency Shelter - efforts to reduce length of stay in shelter by increasing rapid rehousing funding and to reduce shelter waitlist by implementing improved shelter diversion- Master Leasing* Stood up the Bucks Emergency Rental Assistance Program (BERA) at start of COVID-19. BERA utilized 3 non-profits and a call center to employ 40 staff that disbursed $63.8 million and prevented 6,194 evictions from 20••••24.* Designed and implemented Bucks Back to Work Small Business Grant program, which disbursed $30 million to small businesses in Bucks County impacted by COVID-19.
