About Jeff Ferchen

I\'m a passionate sales professional with 18-plus years of territory, regional and national sales experience. I have extensive training experience incorporating presentations to large, mid-range and small end user companies focused on projects in the energy, mining, construction, fabrication and industrial market places. As a National Sales Manager for The Crosby Group®, I help lead the strategic planning and execution of sales for the North American market place and oversee training objectives for the U.S. sales force. In the last few years, I oversaw the NW Region and was responsible for sales and training efforts in 20 states including Alaska. I regularly speak to sales professionals and training experts around the country about our mutual business opportunities and applications of rigging equipment as well as help educate them through our world renowned value added sales and training programs. Prior to joining The Crosby Group, I executed territory and national account sales initiatives for another Fortune 200 manufacturer of rigging equipment and tools. I also spent 8 years owning my own construction business with a partner located in Davenport, IA. We started the business as a roofing contractor but quickly developed into a home building business with many other functional aspects to help diversify our abilities.
