I am a self starter with a proven success rate over the last 20+ years in advertising, marketing, social media and entrepreneurship. I take pride in mentoring individuals and teams to build on their passion and curiosity by helping them achieve goals beyond their dreams. Most recently, I co-founded Promote, a full service digital marketing agency and lead 100+ team members with multiple locations, levels of management and departments across the nation. I am based in Southern California. I have built the company from the ground up and have had the good fortune of working with brilliant individuals along the way. Recent projects like our proprietary CRM and billing software, our fully automated website builder and our very own social media platform are just a few of the inspirational tools our talented team has built. As a visionary, I always like to work in the future. My unique ability to perfect the small details while keeping my eye on the big picture, has always given me the time I need to create innovative products that consumers embrace and competitors envy. I\'ve implemented unique training techniques, sales strategies and an award winning customer service department.
