It is the Personal Builders responsibility to manage the customer experience and the building process of new home construction. Angle Homes provides each new home buyer with a Personal Builder to guide them through the construction of their new home. The Personal Builder is responsible for the build process beginning at the time the new home is sold through to final product delivery when the customer closes and receives the keys to their new home. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to, drawing & document management, site prep & layout, pre-construction planning, material orders, sub-contractor management, change orders and RFI\'s, scheduling of vendors and sub-contractors, quality control and overall safety of the project as well as code compliance and inspections. The Personal Builder is responsible for the successful integration of the customers vision and the construction process while maintaining an aggressive build schedule and budget.
