Many organizations set ambitious sustainability targets, but my expertise lies in bridging the gap between those high-level commitments and ground-level execution by building the actual data strategies and operational frameworks needed to achieve them.I am an Industrial Engineer at heart who found a passion for solving complex problems at the intersection of Supply Chain, Technology, and Sustainability. With over 20 years of experience, my journey at Walmart has been a tour of our vast ecosystem - from designing 10-year logistics roadmaps and optimizing distribution networks to launching proprietary produce varieties like the \"Sweet Spark\" cantaloupe. More recently, I had the privilege to lead technical development and execution of Walmart\'s \"Project Gigaton\" initiative to remove over 1B metric tons of GHGs from the supply chain - reaching the goal six years ahead of schedule.Currently, I lead the digital transformation of our sustainability strategic insights. My goal is to shift our approach from reactive \"reporting\" to proactive \"intelligence.\" By modernizing legacy systems into AI-enabled platforms, I help the business use granular data to drive cost avoidance and operational clarity.I am passionate about matrix leadership and coaching partners to take ownership of technical verticals. I believe that when we bridge the gap between operational nuance and high-level strategy, we change the way the business works.
