Identify potential safety related issues upon field report / claim received and communicate to Product Quality team Search, detect and quantify actively & preventively product quality issues at an early stage in quality reviews, transport reports, warranty database, alerts from dealers Decide, among all the issues experienced by the customer, what the emerging issues are that must be handled inside the plant to timely improve Customer satisfaction Initiate campaigns when necessary Inform the auditors about new incoming claims on a weekly basis Inspect trucks that are ready for delivery in the yard based on regional requests to understand the defects, perform “data collection” Together with operations use current tools to determine area needs and drive problem solving initiatives for Qulis case handling Collect data to support the Qulis case handling Follow up on the status of open cases (following targets of 24h containment/ 7 days root cause investigation) Check effectiveness of implemented solution in plant and also Support validation of effectiveness of QMS, other audits, campaigns Predict the quality levels in order to reach the targets Report status on open cases to Plant Customer Quality Manager and Product Quality Manager and GTO PQL Region. Propose a draft for the monthly report for NRV (update KPI/PI) Bring support to NRV Project Quality team by providing Fault Frequency 01 experience when requested Lead a cross-functional team if many different organizations are involved in the plant Represent NRV in Regional/ global meetings as needed Recommend problem solving process if regional support is needed (QJ, QSP, Q-PMR, Task Force, Red card, etc.) Challenge GTO MPQL Region on Dealer claims Fulfill financial and operational targets such as (but not limited to): FF1 (QSP) and QULIS - Case handlings opened for FF0-1 claims for NRV and lead time
