I am a senior real estate tax advisor in Southern California. I have provided business strategy and tax consulting services for over forty years to regional, national and global real estate industry companies. I have served a broad array of clients including residential, commercial, and hospitality operators and developers; tax exempt and foreign investors; pension fund advisors; real estate, private equity and debt funds; real estate operating companies (including property management companies); homebuilders and land developers; and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
