Jeff is a partner with Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. He has 45 years’ experience with corporate, securities and corporate finance, as well as intellectual property and information asset, transactions, domestic and international. Here is a short summary of a long bio: His routinely helps clients with public and private securities offerings, venture capital and private equity transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, structuring and documenting joint ventures, licensing and commercialization transactions, research, development and collaboration arrangements, corporate partnering and similar arrangements, financing transactions, and advising on regulatory and compliance matters (including privacy and data security matters). Jeff’s clients range in size from emerging businesses to Fortune 50 companies in myriad industries, both in the United States and internationally. Jeff also represents investors and funds in their investment and exit transactions and funds with respect to their formation and operational issues. He is the author of two treatises, Modern Licensing Law and Drafting Effective Contracts, and is a frequent speaker and author on a range of legal topics.
