   Provides leadership for the overall operations of Vidant Duplin Hospital, an 81-bed facility serving the people living in and around Duplin County. In coordination with the governing Board and the Vidant Health\'s strategic direction the President serves a catalyst and role model, providing leadership and direction in accordance with the organizations’ mission, vision and strategic plan. Assumes primary accountability for achieving financial and operational targets through effective resource management and leadership skills, assuring quality of services through programs of continuous improvement and representing the hospital in community activities. The President is a partner with the medical staff, administrative members, Directors’ Council, interdisciplinary organizational leaders and corporate leaders to oversee practice and operations.
