Serve as frontend architect & technical lead, leveraging strong hands-on development and leadership skills to serve multiple frontend teams responsible for US and international websites & mobile apps for TU Consumer Interactive (US and International)- Leading the enterprise frontend modernization effort by migrating multiple websites to a single React 19 codebase using shared component libraries. The new architecture drastically improves code reuse, increases speed to market for new product features, and is more performant for end users- Leading the effort to mentor and train the developers in how to use our AI Agents to enhance our SDLC. This includes documenting best practices for interacting with LLMs and creating specific, reusable prompts for Sonnet and Gemini Pro. Also started a Teams channel to share AI knowledge with teammates- Created an internal Frontend Development Playbook to provide guidance and best practices for React, Component Library development, WCAG 2.2 testing, how to approach Code Reviews, etc- Lead the migration of the CMS to the headless version of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Created the models, content and wrote the GraphQL queries. Also developed the JavaScript client code to enable the apps to retrieve data from AEM. Mentored developers and Product Owners on how to use the new CMS- Mentor developers across various time zones and countries and lead code reviews to improve code quality and ensure the code is adhering to the TU best practices for maintainability, security, and compliance- ADA Compliance subject-matter expert. Lead developers in creating and testing ADA compliant code. Created the ADA policy that includes both automated and manual testing for all sites.
