Over 25 years experience managing, improving and developing safety programs. 30+ years management experience across a wide variety of industries. My experience crosses through safety, quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, workers compensation, emergency management, developing and providing training programs. I have demonstrated positive results and change at every position I have held by continuously adapting my skills and abilities to best match the needs of my employer while keeping the most important part of the safety program (the front line staff) in focus. I am a self-starting, motivated and dedicated employee who strives to get the employees I serve to understand \"why\" safety needs to be a priority for them to achieve a culture of safety that doesnt end when they go home for the day.
