After spending 23 years in Production Management in the railcar industry, I realized the need for a straightforward and simplified approach to ordering and service. Online Railcar Decals and Screen Printing exists to provide effortless, straightforward, transparent and outstanding service to customers at a competitive price. I look forward to bringing my expertise and experience to the industry.My experience in the railcar industry includes dedicating myself to increasing margins and developing creative solutions for customers. I set up, managed and ran a satellite location in Texas servicing Trinity Industries Fort Worth and Trinity Saginaw, implemented time-reducing initiatives like screen-printing inventory, onboarded printing equipment to replace overlaying materials to reduce turnaround, developed a program that automated data entry to better utilize staffing. I developed an On-Site Decal and Screen Printing satellite mobile unit to offer to OEM and Railcar Repair Shops. I served as VP of production servicing rail companies including Union Tank Car, Rescar, Trinity Industries, BNSF, Midwest Rail, CIT, Wells Fargo, to name a few. I hired and managed production staff and was an advocate for employees. I was not only a manager but was “in the trenches” with staff on a daily basis. I bring the same standards of excellence to serve ORDSP’s customers.
