About Jeff Corsi
Jeff Corsi has six years of experience as a restaurant manager for high volume, fast paced national restaurant chains. Jeff was chosen to be part of the opening team for one of the company\'s satellite store in Boca Raton, Florida in the spring of 2009. In total, Jeff managed five of the company\'s 18 locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. His experience includes the supervision of the daily operation and staffing of both the front of the house of the restaurant as well as the kitchen and back of houseJeff also now has experience in the fast casual market, working as a trainer for sweetgreen. As a corporate trainer, his responsibility also included the opening operations of new locations for the company. Two of which were opened in new markets for the company. In charge of prep training, line training, as well as management training. Dealt one on one with vendors, visited facilities, and was directly involved in the supply chain management.Now still part of the training team at sweetgreen, Jeff has taken on the role of one of the training managers for the company. Has been developing new training material and content for the company that, will help to drive profitability at the store level faster, allowing us to continue our growth at high pace.
