I am an energetic and dynamic individual who excels in organizational development and leadership / management development training. I have been conducting leadership and management oriented training since 1992. Most of my career has been in the transportation industry with the Georgia Department of Transportation where I served as the Director of Training and Development. I am currently working specifically with GDOT\'s Major Mobility Investment Program as an Organizational Development Manager with HNTB. I often find opportunities with engineering organizations to follow my work motto of \"bringing right-brain thinking to left-brain organizations\". My areas of interest include; Management and Leadership Development, Soft Skills Training, Organizational Alignment and Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Team-Building.
