Major Tool & Machine is a leader in providing world-class manufacturing, engineering, and assembly services to a variety of United States and International customers. Major Tool & Machine manufactures hardware for a variety of industries including Aerospace, Defense, Power Generation, Commercial Industrial, and Nuclear markets. Major Tool is organized into Customer-Focused teams to enable unequalled levels of support in Engineering and Project management to our customers. Customers include: Boeing, Caterpillar, Lockheed Martin, ATK, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, L3 Communications. Major Tool and Machine takes pride in building very large complex assemblies to tight tolerances and has decades of experiencing in producing complex products such as turbine hardware, nuclear reactor internal hardware, and precise defense related hardware. Major Tool can turn diameters up to 43 ft. and mill parts up to 93 ft. long. No part is too big or too complex. Capabilities include: Horizontal Milling, Vertical Turning, Vertical 5-Axis Milling, Nuclear Welding. Nondestructive Testing (NDE) includes, Radiography (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Helium Leak Testing (LT). Certifications include, ISO 9001:2008, AS9100, Nadcap for Nondestructive Testing, Nadcap for welding, Multiple Pressure Vessel Certifications, and Multiple Nuclear Industry Certifications. Program Manger Duties Responsible for all aspects of the Customer relationship and support. Currently providing Project Management to Aerospace and Defense customers. Responsibilities include, quoting, contract negotiation, schedule management, as well as, managing a team of engineers.
