Drive liquidity raising activities with banks, rating agencies and potential investors. Lead Certified Development Financial Institution (CDFI) activities. Support management of infrastructure and facilities including the 26 location branch network in California. Achievements: Expanded presence in Texas and Arizona with additional digital loan disbursement and payment acceptance functionality. Successfully applied and was awarded $1.2MM CDFI grant. Led implementation of critical banking services including automated check validation and dual control wire and ACH transfers. Streamlined physical branch network supporting the merging of multiple locations; relocated corporate headquarters to more functional space.
