I am in charge of the Water Division\'s staffing, marketing, and design efforts and serve as a Project Principal or Project Manager on major sewer and tunnel projects. My professional experience includes the design and construction administration of projects involving new sewers, TBM tunneling, micro-tunneling, hand-mining, directional drilling, jack & boring, sewer rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, new pump stations, wastewater treatment plant improvements, along with water main distribution piping.
