Mr Castleberry is a seasoned technical executive with over 40 years of building and leading successful organizations to commercialize complex medical devices including durable equipment, sterile disposables, and implantable products. He has broad medical segment exposure and experience serving in diverse organizations, from founding/leading early-stage startups to soldiering in large multi-national corporations. His passion is commercializing new products from new/novel technologies that address unmet or under-served clinical needs. Mr Castleberry\'s leadership experience includes P&L responsibility, business development and financing/investor relations.
