   Responsible for developing, launching and implementing inclusion initiatives for Universal Pictures, a company representing more than employees globally; lead flagship workforce pipeline programs designed to increase representation in the entertainment industry for individuals of all backgrounds across the U.S, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Australia. • Manage portfolio of more than a dozen external partners including local and national non-profit organizations, film festivals and advocacy groups; Strategize and negotiate partnership framework to ensure alignment with corporate and partner goals, manage budget and ensure overall plan advances impact.• Lead department’s internal relations strategy, partnering cross-functionally to align on shared business goals and working across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and with groups such as Communications & Marketing, Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s), Human Resources, Government Affairs, Labor Relations and Corporate Affairs. • Handpicked to work on the company’s inaugural social-justice focused “Inclusion Committee.” Developed a groundbreaking and industry-recognized partnership focusing on pro-bono volunteering, cause marketing, employee education, and fair chance hiring of formerly incarcerated individuals.• Selected to participate in the company\'s initial “Accessibility Taskforce,” designed to promote disability inclusion both internally and externally; developed partnership strategy to impact a community-based organization, engage employees and raise cultural competency regarding people with disabilities.
