Jeffrey E. Butcher, a lifelong resident of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, is the Broker/Owner of Pacific Coast Realty Group. Jeff has a diverse background in real estate that extends 20 years and includes residential development, affordable housing finance, loan workout, foreclosure and REO sales, as well as the purchase and sale of residential properties. Jeff brings his knowledge of real estate to PCRG to assist residential homebuyers and sellers in making a smart deal on their biggest investment. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business and an emphasis in Real Property Development. He has held a California Real Estate license for 20+ years. Jeff is a member of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, and both the National and California Association of Realtors. A self-proclaimed \"foodie\", Jeff loves seeking out the latest and greatest local restaurants, and enjoys sharing his thoughts on all things related to our local food scene! He and his wife Christy happily reside in Costa Mesa with their twin daughters.
