   Rand-Whitney Packaging LLC, a subsidiary of Rand-Whitney Container and a Kraft Group Company, and AGS (Atlas Global Solutions) have executed an agreement to form a joint venture that will combine Rand Whitney\'s protective packaging businesses and operate under the brand of UN1F1ED2 Global Packaging Group (UGPG). Strategically this will allow us to better support our customers with broader capabilities while expanding our reach and responsiveness globally. We are truly excited about the opportunities this joint venture will yield and the service and products we will be able to provide through the combined businesses. We expect our customers will experience a seamless transition as both companies unite and align their resources and global footprints to position sustained growth with world class offerings.
