Jeff Brown is Wells Fargo\'s Independent Solutions Platform Growth Director. In this role, Jeff drives strategic growth and development initiatives for Independent Solutions, including Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet) practices and Wells Fargo RIA Solutions practices.His focus includes helping independent practices grow their value through strategic planning support, developing next gen talent, and making informed decisions on equity capital — all aimed at driving sustainable growth.Jeff has worked in the Wealth Management industry for over 30 years, most recently serving as President of Stratos Private Wealth, a $2 billion franchise that operated under Stratos Wealth holdings, before selling his stake in that firm. Jeff was at Wells Fargo and the predecessor firms for almost 20 years before he left to go independent with his team back in 2015. Jeff has been featured on numerous podcasts and articles and has been featured at industry conferences such as Barron\'s Independents Advisors.
