About Jeff Breazeale
After gaining operating skills and earning exceptional returns for 20 years via Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and startups, we created Breazeale Group to continue scaling our success by investing in and mentoring a next generation of entrepreneurs. After Harvard Business School, and years of training at Boston Consulting Group\'s consumer packaged goods, M&A and operations groups, I leaped into what is now called Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) in by buying (on a 15 year note) and turning around an unprofitable division of our family business.It took me a decade of successes and failures to become a highly skilled operator, in the process developing a business system for middle market businesses. In the second decade we took that operator skill set and business system to three startups and an acquisition. We ended 2020 with 4 companies in our portfolio and one partial exit to private equity. In our third decade, we are expanding our portfolio and working on a system to continue scaling over the next 30 years by supporting new entrepreneurs seeking a start through Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition.
