My focus is on enhancing operational efficiency across all HR IT functions and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee experience (EX), data quality, and compliance.I facilitate meetings centered on IT, data governance, and organizational alignment of systems and data, leading cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation in employee digital engagement and stewardship. By developing and executing plans to enhance digital EX and ensure responsible data use practices, I aim to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and innovative thinking.My role also includes analyzing organizational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting reports to senior leadership that emphasize data governance and EX impact.
