   Formally a Northrop Grumman Corporation division until a sale to Peraton - February 2021. • Key Personal for the FPS2 Program. • Manage the improvements elicitation process end to end using the Agile framework that includes Produce Team with direct reports. • Change Management manager responsible for review of Change Requests, backlog grooming with end user input and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Business Owners for future release coordination determination using Enterprise Jira and Enterprise Confluence. • Direct the scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of features and user stories collection with multiple CMS end users including Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC), Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC), Investigations and Audits Group (IAG), Contract Management Group (CMG), Division of Models and Analytics (DMA). • Prioritize, groom, and translate user requirements into Agile Epics, Features, Stories, etc. for release and sprint planning during Program Increments (PI). • Edits (Prepayment) coordinator and Scrum Master responsible for the Edits process to include schedule management, system release coordination and vendor management using Enterprise Jira and Enterprise Confluence. • Interact with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer to develop a strong relationship, with ability to confidently represent Peraton interests while also driving customer satisfaction. • Vendor management: CGS Administrators, Deloitte and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT).
