Jeff Blue is a multi-platinum, award winning music producer, A&R executive, music publisher, music supervisor, songwriter, attorney, manager, published best-selling author & journalist, film/tv producer, event planner, and entrepreneur. He has worked as Sr. VP A&R/Staff Producer for Warner Bros. Records, Interscope Records, Virgin/Capitol Music Group, Sony/BMG/Jive Records, Atlantic Records, Lava-Universal Republic, and RCA/J Records. His work includes discovering, developing, A&R, producing, publishing, Grammy winning iconic artists such as Linkin Park, Macy Gray, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Daniel Powter, Hoobastank, Better Than Ezra, & music supervising platinum movie soundtracks such as Aaliyah’s Queen of the Damned. His work has resulted in more than 170 Million record sales worldwide. In 2020 his best selling book “One Step Closer” was released through Simon & Schuster. The novel focuses on his discovery of Grammy winning artists Linkin Park and includes Macy Gray, Limp Bizkit and Korn.Jeff lectures around the world at Universities and music conferences and has taught at UCLA for many years. He also appears on TV shows like Music’s Greatest Mysteries on Mark Cuban’s AXS TV. In 2022 Jeff partnered with Mark Wahlberg’s production company to create a docuseries focused on the discovery & signing stories of some of the most iconic artists of all time told by the artists and the people that discovered them.
