The establishment of the Customer Experience (CX) team in ‘24 under my leadership has led to the successful management of a substantial team dedicated to ensuring a seamless journey for our customers from initial engagement to service execution.With a rich background in sales leadership, my recent endeavors include pioneering CRST’s inaugural Voice of the Customer (VoC) program and exceeding sales growth targets in a challenging market. The integration of consultative sales training and development of performance management tools have been key in securing and expanding our $1.5 billion sales pipeline. In addition to building great teams, I’m committed to mentoring emerging leaders and fostering talent within the organization.
