Reporting directly to the President, the CFO is a key strategic advisor and is responsible for maintaining all key banking relationships, providing financial and managerial reporting, developing and implementing management information systems, developing strategic business plans, evaluating acquisition targets, strategic tax management, all litigation and legal matters, forecasting and budgeting, and risk analysis and control.Over the past few years we have increased our vertically integrated logistics service to include global 3PL service, transactional brokerage/capacity procurement and foreign trade zone operation. We now have offices in Mexico City, Phoenix, St. Louis, Kansas City, Chattanooga, Belvidere (IL), Fort Wayne, Plymouth, Burton, and Flint.
