Develop new talent to fill job opportunities of the future. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Manage, direct, and lead all functions within a terminal. This includes but is not limited to: Dock Operations, Pick Up and Delivery, Line Haul Operations, Safety, Worker\'s Compensation, Customer Service, OS & D and Sales. Primary areas of emphasis will include: productivity, service, load average, claims and customer satisfaction.Direct responsibility and accountability for implementing and maintaining Best Practices processesImplement and maintain cost control policies through proper staffing, training, and supervision of employees.Ensure that a safe and professional working environment is provided for all employees.Create an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees in support of a high performance culture.
