After many years in the legal profession, I have restricted my practice to a smaller client base that is- interested in planning the transfer of significant wealth involving a closely held or family-owned business or affected by potential liability for gift and estate taxes- planning or effecting the sale or succession of a closely held or family-owned business; or - involved with substantial commercial or industrial real estate transactions. Restricting my practice is possible only because I am fortunate to be a part of a team of very competent attorneys who give me great support on more time-sensitive or document-intensive matters.
