The Bio-Dry® SolutionTraditional methods of cleaning concrete and asphalt incorporates the use of detergents and degreasers along with power washing. The same molecular chemistry methods used to dry clean clothing and fibers is now available for cleaning concrete and asphalt. Bio-Dry® incorporates this technology to break up and reduce the binding capacity of contaminants. Through the processes of absorption, emulsification, and bioremediation, BioDry® cleans these surfaces effectively and legally. Bio-Dry® works by cleaning oil and grease from the surface by molecularly deactivating harmful hydrocarbon chains. Bio-Dry® is a powder compound that is applied dry without the use of water. Bio-Dry’s natural absorbents hold contaminants while they are molecularly broken down. Contaminants are reduced to organic compounds such as carbon dioxide, water and natural fatty acids. The process of emulsification and bioremediation work together to clean the affected surface. The result is a clean and appealing surface without discharging illegal pollutants into the storm drain and State waters. The surface stays cleaner, looks better and lasts longer due to Bio-Dry’s unique cleaning characteristics.
