   Jeff uses his 24 years of experience to help clients with facilitating successful natural land management and consultation with local, state, and federal oversight agencies that oversee wildlife and fish species, habitats, and wetlands and streams. He has extensive experience managing environmental compliance, as well as leading tasks such as Section 7 studies and consultations, preparation of mitigation and monitoring plans, vegetation and functional assessments, and water resource delineations and assessments. Jeff has acted as lead technical biologist and ecologist on numerous complex projects requiring NEPA and Section 7 consultations, combined EAs / BAs, and wetland impact analysis and mitigation planning. Central to his success in leading these efforts has been his academic research background that has spanned a diversity of wildlife and ecological topics, as well as ecoregions. Jeff has formed excellent working relationships with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, and is well-versed in state wildlife, habitat, and water resource regulatory processes. He has provided environmental oversight to projects focusing on restoration, remediation, mitigation, and impact assessments, and has worked in a diversity of ecosystems throughout North America but has focused primarily on the West.
