I am an experienced financial officer, co-ordinator and manager with a background in food, hospitality and leisure. I have spent over 15 years of my career focussed on credit management mostly in business-to-business contexts and prior to that was a professional food buyer, chef and publican. Having refined my financial skill set to the point that I have an expertise across all areas of sales and purchase ledger and am relied upon to manage the most complex £m accounts and train others in resolution of queries and balance sheet optimisation, I am now looking for an opportunity that enables me to experience more challenge and variety as well as utilising my broader retail knowledge from my career history.
