ABOUT JEFF ARBUCKLE

With nearly 20 years of international design and construction experience in both public and private sectors, Jeff Arbuckle is able to bring comprehensive Project Management, Design Management, Technical Design, and Construction Management skill to any project. Jeff has worn many hats through his life often finding himself as the master integrator, fluently speaking architect, engineer, client, and creative depending on the group at the other side of the table. He’s able to simplify objectives, streamline process, and manage diverse teams of uniquely skilled contributors. Jeff\'s Public Sector experiences have honed a skill set for program and fund management in complex layered organizations. He has managed multiple Capital Improvement Plan efforts and Strategic Facility Master Planning developments for public agencies. For technical challenges, Arbuckle\'s experience with mechanical design, large and small scale construction, structural engineering, and feasibility research make him as comfortable on site as he is in the office. Jeff has extensive experience in micro and macro level scheduling - hourly installation planning or multi-year design development phasing, project organization structures, and vendor/consultant management. He also carries notable experience in Asset Management, from generating organizational Asset Management Plans to Facilities Maintenance Organizational Management.Current Specialties Include-Capital Planning - Strategic To Tactical Transitions For Major Capital Program (500m-1bn)-Complex Facility Design Management/Owner’s Representation – Entertainment Venues and Operations/Maintenance Facilities-Safety and Hazard Assessments
