About Jeff Allen
1.HIV Prevention- Work with youth to motivate community involvement been involved in HIV work since 1995. 2.HIV Care and Treatment- Work with MSM population across the state and nation-wide to improve the health outcomes of HIV positive individuals 3.Ryan White & ADAP Work with providers to ensure that funds are being distributed across the board in a manner that delivers the best possible quality health outcomes and remove gaps and disparities. My participation in our planning process has dramatically improved our ability to utilize consumer input in our mission to provide comprehensive programs designed to reduce the incidence of HIV in Volusia and Flagler Counties and my efforts have been of great benefit to our community. Furthermore, I have helped to expand the availability of HIV treatment, prevention, housing, advocacy and education programs to low-income and disadvantaged families. I am committed to ensure a continued system of services in an atmosphere of severe government funding cutbacks and I am dedicated to empowering, improving and maintaining the quality of life for all persons living with HIV/AIDS.
