Over 40 years of experience leading automotive dealerships across fixed operations, variable, and general management. From parts driver to every position in fixed except technician to General Manager. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized to possess the horsepower to get things done — the drive, capability, and leadership to turn strategies into measurable results. As General Manager, my team and I were able to deliver four years of leadership in Fixed operations and variable. My approach prioritizes operational excellence, team culture, process and accountability, resulting in consistent fixed absorption rates above 100% and an 80.1% increase in fixed gross since 2021. By leveraging advanced SEO and SEM strategies, we have enhanced brand visibility, CX strategy for improved customer experiences and receving CSI / NPS scores above the Ford Zone average, and raised Google reviews from 3.9 to 4.6.
