As VP, Finance at OhioHealth and CFO of OhioHealth Medical Plan, I created and scaled the financial infrastructure that enabled the network to expand from 300 to 1.8K providers. As Finance Lead for a system-wide quality and affordability initiative, I strategized and oversaw 400+ projects that delivered sizable savings and elevated the quality of care. Outside of finance, I partnered with marketing groups to host physician-favorite events that bolstered recruitment efforts. Due to prior success leading Operation Feed in which Finance donations increased from less than a few hundred dollars to over $28K, I was appointed as Chair of the system-wide Operation Feed campaign that contributed over 635K meals for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank.I set high expectations that teams consistently meet and exceed.
