As Co-Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Finworks360 at Northern Lights Ventures Pvt. Ltd, I bring nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy. My leadership has been defined by driving innovation in credit, risk management, stressed asset recovery, and IT-led transformation, while creating measurable impact across institutions, enterprises, and financial ecosystems. At Finworks360, I have spearheaded the creation of a next-generation receivable trading and lending platform that has already facilitated transactions exceeding USD 150 million since inception. This venture reflects my passion for integrating technology with finance to streamline capital flows, empower SMEs, and expand opportunities across India’s business ecosystem. Earlier in my career, I oversaw the appraisal and funding of more than crores in working capital finance for SMEs, maintaining exceptionally low delinquency levels. In stressed assets and NPA management, I designed debt restructuring and revival strategies that enabled the recovery and resolution of several thousand crores — across both secured and unsecured portfolios. My leadership journey spans senior roles at IFCI Limited, Arcil, IFCI Factors, Alchemist ARC, and India Infrastructure Finance Company, progressing from credit appraisal to board-level decision-making. Alongside finance, I’ve successfully led IT system rollouts in financial and accounting domains, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and compliance. What drives me is the challenge of solving high-stakes financial problems with creativity, precision, and integrity. Whether scaling businesses, reviving distressed assets, or implementing digital finance platforms, I lead with an unwavering commitment to results and sustainable impact.
