Experienced non-profit profession having worked in the university environment, in direct service of students in New York City, in political partnerships, and in product development. I manage multiple cross-functional projects and have a proven ability to analyze, appropriately strategize and execute according to rigorous deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. My experience ranges from educating low-income students about post-secondary pathways to managing a portfolio of education reform organizations across the country to helping develop new tech tools for political research. My former students are going to college at higher rates than their peers, my former partners are winning campaigns and laying the groundwork for better public education policies in their regions, and my colleagues and peers are using more effective tools and conducting more comprehensive research for their future political efforts.
