I’m a Program Manager with 5+ years of PMO and Application development experience across Tech, Investment management, and financial services. My roles allowed me to lead multiple cross-functional teams to launch digital platforms, optimize processes, and execute enterprise-scale projects—always with an eye on governance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.At D. E. Shaw India, I was a core member of the Tech PMO, co-designing governance frameworks and driving strategic initiatives in partnership with on-shore leadership. I headed the design and rollout of two flagship platforms which achieved 100% adoption across 40+ project groups and also developed and enforced a comprehensive Data Governance Framework, defining workflows, ownership models, and quality controls to ensure management reporting and audit compliance. In my current role at Cloudangles, I serve as a Program Manager for all IT delivery projects—guiding teams through planning, execution, and release cycles to make sure we hit our milestones and delight our clients.With an MBA in Business Analytics, I bring a data-first mindset to every program. I have established data governance processes, built end-to-end reporting ecosystems in Power BI and Excel, and leveraged SQL and Python scripting to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
