Currently serving as the Managing Director of Nayas Laboratories Private Limited (Nayas), Jeevan co-founded the company and leads the organizations in the strategic execution and is the key member in the growth of the organization in the lines of Business, Strategy, Finance, etc. His key parameters of success are Trust, Quality, Excellence and Innovation. Jeevan, also serving as the Director of Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited (JSTL), leads JSTL in the areas of Strategy, Finance, Planning, Growth and Planning. Jeevan takes the key decisions related to company’s vision and growth. He is responsible for Organizational Excellence, Business Development, Strategic growth and Financial Planning. His main focus areas include, Long Term & Short Term Strategy, Building Risk-Tolerant Culture and Growth & Revenue Monitoring.Prior to Nayas & JSTL, he served as CEO & Executive Director of Enhops Solutions Private Limited & Enhops Inc wherein he played a major role in building Enhops, an independent software testing services organization, and successfully grew it multi fold with yoy growth of 3X. This growth was not only in terms of numbers but also in talents. He is known for Strategic growth, planning, business, operations, M&A and overall management of the company, Enhops under the leadership of Jeevan and his fellow team members was one the fastest growing Independent Software Testing Services Organization, recognized as Great Place to Work and Top 20 Promising QA & Testing Consultants of 2020 by CIOReview. As part of the M&A, Enhops with proven record, successful growth and journey, was acquired by a US based entity. Jeevan embraced progressive skills in various segments which include Software Development, Quality Assurance, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Strategy Planning & Project Management. Jeevan played active roles in finance, credit, insurance, technology and healthcare domains while working for giants like Core Logic Credco, Boingo Wireless, Humana, Tata Consultancy Services & Jeevan Softech Limited. He holds an MBA in Finance and through his career moves, Jeevan has showcased the vision to be an all-encompassing team leader as well as a team player.His working channels to deliver excellence mainly include building expertise and innovation.
