In my role as an Account Coordinator( Clients: Pilgrims & Rowse Honey), I handle a mix of HR and payroll responsibilities. My day-to-day work includes: • Hiring and onboarding new employees, as well as handling leavers. • Managing payroll and keeping employee data accurate and up to date. • Tracking holidays and maintaining records. • Auditing employee data to make sure everything is correct. • Attending client meetings and supporting them with their requirements. • Using tools like Universe, Recurso, and Zoho to manage processes.
