Completed RPA Business Analyst training from UiPath. • Advanced knowledge & demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, and Minitab. Possess excellent presentation skills using Power Point. Executed process improvement engagement with clients operating on SAP, Ariba and Oracle. Extensively used Microsoft Visio for documenting the processes using a swim lane approach. • A bilingual with proficiency in English & French.
