A financial inclusion professional with 10 plus years experience in Rural Financial Services (Microfinance) and Credit and Risk functions.Currently looking after various tech based low cost financial solutions in full time association with Davinta Finserv (P) Ltd. Important aspects of my job include- Credit and Risk Functions,Supply Chain Finance, Partner (anchor) onboarding, portfolio analysis, Delinquency Management and Microfinance Portfolio Management. Managed business at L&T financial services in Assam state as Regional Manager, handling a portfolio of 200+ Crores and @ team of 200 people including 5 Territory Managers and 28 Branch Managers.Was instrumental in starting AFPL ( Annapurna Finance) operations in the state of Bihar, Assam, Tripura and Punjab and developing various business development support initiative with IT, Credit, Risk and Audit functions. Have been actively involved in area expansion and risk assessments in states of Jharkhand, UP and Bihar, Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab.Was awarded with Best Zonal Manager Award (New Initiatives) during annual Zonal Review Meet held at Bhubaneswar in June 2019.Had been in the forefront of operations team in adapting all technology driven processes at AFPL.
