Role Of District Manager · Plan to carry out/execute Board’s functions, including registration (manual and online) of beneficiaries & scheme implementation. · Execute the schemes of Board, coordinate with staff and achieve targets/milestones of the schemes and programs of the Board · Liasioning, networking, coordination with various concerned Government departments, institutions, agencies, Trade Unions, NGOs and other stakeholders for overall execution of Board’s functions · Conduct survey, studies and verification about beneficiaries/scheme benefits · Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports · Take inputs on improvement required in implementation. · Ensure and achieve maximum involvement of the staff and other concerned · Co-ordination and organizing workshops and consultative meetings with the stake holders. · To ensure registration of beneficiaries and implementation of schemes at ground level timely and qualitatively including: · to examine application forms of Board’s schemes received in accordance with guidelines of the scheme. · to submit scheme applications after due examination for sanction before sanctioning authority. · to send communication to the applicants for any lapses or shortcomings detected in applications. · Submit timely reports to concerned authority of the Board and other authorities, as directed, in prescribed formats · Monitoring of work regarding maintenance of accounts · Monitoring of work specific to data entry · To coordinate functions related to Bhamashah Health Scheme for BOCW beneficiaries · To mobilize beneficiaries/dependents for ELSTP and other training program · To manage Facilitation Center as Incharge. · Any other work assigned by the Secretary/Jt. Secretary of the Board/DLO from time to time.
