Reconciliation would be performing for the cash and stock products such as a Collateral, to be Announced (TBA) Fund of Funds (FOF - Mutual funds). • We are performing the multiple frequencies and deliverables {Daily, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly and Annually} depends on the requirements for Investment advisor, Broker and clients as a custodian. • Interacting with all the parties involved in the business-like brokers, clients and investment advisor for the breaks and issues. • Investigating the breaks, such as missing Swift instructions and invalid trade bookings, by querying the internal team and external parties to get resolved. Hence achieving final resolution for all the aged and new breaks. • Responding queries raised by clients, Audit team, depository and internal processing teams. Developed procedures for ensuring accuracy in the reconciliation process. Ensured escalation matrix are followed as per policy. • Communicated with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues related to aged breaks. Investigating up on breaks which are pending and clearing the discrepancy by reaching out to Client service Manager. • Supporting onshore (Ireland) on Reconciliation process and we can schedule the Meeting up the client as before time and completing the recon efficiently and effectively with good quality. • Using tool MCH and IMT in accordance with trade details. • Managed KPI and MIS reporting of the team, provided oversight to ensure quality control and timely completion of SLA. • Performing on various Worked spontaneously and proficiently at critical circumstances • Building and maintenance of healthy business relations with clients and internal parties, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
