It has been my utmost pleasure to work as a chef at Santorini Greek Restaurant. It is more than a job but feels like being part of a big family who are passionate about food, culture, and people.Santorini is a Greek family restaurant in the heart of Birmingham. The owner had a modest dream when he opened the restaurant: to share with people his love of traditional Greek food and Greek hospitality. The dream has now grown into a warm and welcoming place where people from all walks of life can come and enjoy delicious homemade dishes, live music, and lively Greek nights.What makes this place unique is how it is rooted in family traditions. The owner\'s children quite literally grew up watching him cook, learning every recipe and every small secret that Greek cuisine has to be so comforting and soulful. With the same love and attention is what we invest in every dish that we serve from classic moussaka and souvlaki to seafood, mezze, and traditional desserts.For me, cooking here is not so much about preparing food as it is about creating experiences. There is nothing quite like seeing a table full of people laughing, sharing, and enjoying something you\'ve made from scratch. Every day at Santorini reminds me why I wanted to be a chef in the first place to make people feel at home with good food and honest hospitality.Santorini is not just a restaurant but a celebration of the Greek spirit, family, and the joy of coming together over a great meal.
