Revenue doesn’t break because of effort.It breaks when systems aren’t built for scale.I’m obsessed with how revenue systems behave under scale.I started in content, moved into growth, worked in sales development, and now operate in RevTech & Revenue Operations. That progression wasn’t accidental, it gave me full-funnel clarity most operators never experience.Today, I architect and optimise ecosystems across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, designing lifecycle logic, automation frameworks, CRM governance, and revenue visibility that remain stable as complexity increases.I’ve worked across both direct client and agency environments, shaping how I think about delivery capacity, margin alignment, stakeholder dynamics, and long-term scalability, not just execution.I work cross-functionally with design, CMS, frontend, tech, content, and QA teams to ensure strategy translates cleanly into systems. Client-facing, commercially grounded, and comfortable owning both the conversation and the outcome.My focus is simple:Build revenue systems that remain clear, aligned, and stable as ambition grows.
